  • I accept debit, credit, FSA, and HSA cards. Payments will be processed at the start of service. The card on file will be charged unless you request another card to be used at the start of the session.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies as an in-network provider. I have made this decision for several reasons, but one of the most important reasons is to protect your confidentiality. However, I can offer you a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please reach out to your insurance company directly to inquire about your policy's out-of-network reimbursement options.

  • I am currently only offering virtual sessions via a HIPAA-compliant and secure video platform to clients residing in Texas and Massachusetts. If you feel hesitant about this option, I suggest scheduling a free 15-minute consultation call to try it out. While it may feel unusual at first, my experience and research indicate that virtual sessions can be just as effective as in-person therapy. Virtual sessions provide more flexibility and accessibility, without the added stressors of parking, traffic, or leaving work early.

  • I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Before your appointment, you’ll receive an email and/or text message reminder, ensuring you have adequate time to reschedule your appointment if necessary. If you aren’t able to cancel within the 24-hour window, you’ll be charged the full fee.
