Life can be overwhelming, and reaching out takes courage. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a powerful first step. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to walk beside you, offering empathy, understanding, and hope. I work with adult and adolescent clients.

I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but can’t seem to change.

You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from your body, overly self-critical, or reactive in relationships. You may notice that no matter how much insight you gain, your nervous system doesn’t always get the message that you’re safe now.

You’re going through a painful or overwhelming season in life or in your relationships and feel stuck, shut down, or on edge.

You know you need to set boundaries, but you feel anxious, guilty, or unsafe when you try to set them.

You’ve lost touch with who you are, what you feel, or what matters to you, and it leaves you feeling empty or disconnected.

How therapy can help
